Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Causes Solutions

The unit is frosting often

 The door was not closed com-

pletely

 The door gasket is not sealing

 Use a screw driver to loosen the

screws to re-position the door/

hinge and tighten the screws

 Ambient temperature or humidity

is high.

 Close the door tightly and do not open

the door too frequently or for a long

period of time

 The door may need to be re-positioned

 Ensure the door gasket is not loose

 Lower the room humidity with a dehu-

midifier or air conditioner
